Management of the suburban sports camps

Title: Management of sport day camps Goals: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the interests of parents in lecturers/coaches expertise and education when choosing sport day camps. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative methods of research were used in the thesis, specifically data analysis and electronic questioning. Descriptive analysis was used in the practical part of the thesis. Results: The results of the questionnaire survey have confirmed the interest of parents in the education of coaches/lectors on sport day camps, even though the personnel doesn't matter for the respondents when looking up sport day camps, and they don't look up the level of education of said personnel. Based on the result of the thesis, some recommendations for sports clubs were made at the end of thesis, which are dealing with the organization of sport day camps.
